This beautiful 4 bedroom two story townhome is located in the luxurious gated resort complex of Regal Palms Resort and Spa. This property has undergone refurbishment in March 2022 including new modern bathrooms, new flooring throughout, new kitchen and appliances, new living room furniture and much more. With access to all of the amenities located around and within the community center, there is something for everyone. There are weekly themed nights at the club house as well as karaoke and movie nights. Besides all of the playgrounds, there is the beautiful pool and Tiki bar.There is an Irish bar and restaurant on site. There is a resort fee that must be paid upon your arrival that covers your entire group and is a daily rate. It is $22.40 per day.

The resort is located off the US27 in Davenport, which offers great access to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios theme parks. Shopping and dining can be found very close by. This home is ideal for families with kids. Go to the parks all day and come home and relax in the large community pool.

The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.
