This beautiful 4 bedroom single story home is situated in Bridgewater Crossings, in Davenport, FL. Bridgewater Crossings is a beautifully maintained community. Relax in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location where it’s hard to imagine you are only a short drive to the main gates of Disney. As of Feb. 2020 the home boasts all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. Also, they have had installed - a new 50" smart TV in the family room, a 40" smart TV in the master bedroom and a 32" TV in the 2nd bedroom. There is a conservation area right behind the home and there is a pool table in the garage. The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

Property managers George and Craig were great. Nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the pool. Home is nicer than online photos, would recommend this property.
