Having owned the villa for more than 20 years I have been through my fair share of management companies and I can... honestly say Homestead is the best. It is such a relief to come away on vacation and not have to spend my entire break fixing problems. Homestead Central has been our management company since we purchased our house here in Florida in 1998. Since then we have had three changes of management.

When a company changes ownership it can be a little daunting for owners but from the start we were reassured and impressed by the way that Lindsy and Craig took the opportunity to personally meet the owners individually and to talk to them about how they saw the company going forward, explaining new ideas and how they intended addressing improvements in advertising the rental homes to bring in more rentals and realistic rental prices for the owners.

We have found Lindsy and Craig to be totally reliable, trustworthy and very proactive in implementing their various initiatives, all of which they communicate promptly with the owners.

Throughout, we have found them very approachable and we have been impressed with their standards, initiatives and the care they take with our home. They keep us fully informed by emails of bookings or other relevant issues. Any minor issues that may arise they deal with immediately, anything more serious they will consult with us suggesting solutions. This approach removes or minimizes any worries that we may have to otherwise concern ourselves with when renting our home in Florida.

Craig will also do many repair jobs himself and they are dealt with swiftly.
