Absolutely stunning 7 bedroom home in the fabulous Terra verde Resort. Vacation in this modern 7 bedroom home with brand new kitchen with quartz worktops and new appliances. Relax at your own (heating optional) private south facing pool in the sun, chill at night with a glass of wine in the covered lanai with outdoor tv or take yourself to the resort swimming pool and tiki bar. Pool heating is charged at an additional fee of $25 per day which includes tax and would be charged after the reservation is made. There is a games room to play in after a long day at the theme parks. There are 3 bedrooms that have king beds. 2 bedrooms that have queen beds and 2 bedroom that have 2 twin beds each. The resort is going to charge you a $25 fee per car to register your car when you check in. This is non-refundable. You must be 25 years old or older to book this home. This house requires renters to provide photo ID to the property manager and will be required to have a hold put on their credit card for a security damage deposit with the property manager. The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home. Maximum number of guests staying in the home is 12 guests. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting a vacation rental home, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
