New Kitchen and flooring throughout (no carpet), all countertops have been updated, bathrooms renewed, decor modernized, and rooms elevated to the nicest standards (and so much more). This villa has Windsor Hills' only Virtual Reality studio so you and your guests can experience the ultimate in entertainment when it's time to unwind. We've also included an Xbox, PS5, two 65" TVs, 4 gaming chairs, custom lighting, and a 5000-game arcade machine. The Pool at a Villa is so important. Ours has a brand-new heater for the pool and spa, was fully resurfaced, features color-changing lights, overlooks the lake, has no rear neighbors, and pool heat with us is always FREE. It's all smiles!
